I recommend looking at 'wsdm-dmtf-work-register.pdf'
which contains the liason agreement between DMTF
and OASIS about coordination of CIM and WSDM.

The WSDM interop scenarios are short and interesting.
The WSDM telecon minutes are short and work reading.

The CIM FAQ is short and a useful CIM introduction.
