[IPP] How to Use the Internet Printing Protocol book

I have published the first edition of the How to Use the Internet Printing Protocol book on the PWG web site.  As this is *not* a document covered by the PWG Process/3.0 but a more casual introduction to IPP, it has been posted to the PWG web server at:
