I still think the wording of section 2.2.3 is confusing when you say
> media (type3 keyword | name)
> IF NOT any single 'keyword' or 'name' value with a length less than or equal to 255 octets, REJECT/RETURN 'client-error-request-value-too-long'.
when what you mean is
> IF NOT any single 'keyword' or 'name' value REJECT/RETURN 'client-error-bad-request'.
> IF the value length is greater than 255 octets
REJECT/RETURN 'client-error-request-value-too-long'.
